AI Pathways: Amii Swag Pack Promotion – Terms and Conditions

The AI Pathways Amii Swag Pack Promotion ("Promotion") is offered by Amii (Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute) to encourage learners to complete the AI Pathways: Energizing Canada's Low Carbon Workforce training program.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time on August 6, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on September 30, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion will also end once the first 50 eligible learners have successfully qualified, whichever occurs first.

Admissibilité

To be eligible for the Promotion, participants must:

  • Be enrolled in the AI Pathways: Energizing Canada's Low Carbon Workforce program.

  • Successfully complete all four required AI Pathways courses.

  • Submit the official Promotion registration form.

  • Meet all eligibility requirements established by Amii.

Only one entry and one Swag Pack may be claimed per eligible learner.

How to Qualify

To qualify for an Amii Swag Pack, participants must:

  1. Complete all four AI Pathways courses.

  2. Submit the Promotion registration form.

  3. Be among the first 50 eligible learners whose course completion is successfully verified by Amii.

Completion times and eligibility will be determined solely by Amii's training records.

Prize

Eligible participants will receive one (1) Amii Swag Pack, which may include items such as:

  • Amii T-shirt

  • Stickers

  • Pens

Prize contents may vary and are subject to availability. No cash alternative or substitution will be provided.

Verification

Amii reserves the right to verify participant identity, enrollment, course completion, and eligibility before awarding a prize. Participants may be required to provide additional information to facilitate verification or prize fulfillment.

Notification

Eligible recipients will be contacted using the email address provided during registration.

If a selected participant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within a reasonable period, or is determined to be ineligible, Amii reserves the right to award the Swag Pack to the next eligible learner.

Shipping

Swag Packs will be shipped to recipients at the mailing address provided on the registration form. Participants are responsible for ensuring their contact and shipping information is accurate.

Amii is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable shipments resulting from incorrect information provided by participants.

Privacy

Personal information collected through the Promotion will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion, verification of eligibility, and prize fulfillment, in accordance with Amii's Privacy Policy.

General Conditions

Amii reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

  • Disqualify any participant found to have provided false or misleading information or otherwise violated these Terms and Conditions.

  • Make all final decisions regarding eligibility, verification, and prize awards.

By submitting the registration form, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
